This email goes directly to our editor, Sam Carter, who handles all content and data on the site.

If you have found a wrong word, a missing bonus word, or a board layout that does not match the game, please include:

• The level number or daily puzzle date where the issue appears
• Which word is wrong or missing, and what the correct answer should be
• The version of the Sky Words app you are using (if known)
• A screenshot of the in-game board, if possible - this makes verification much faster

Data corrections are typically verified and published the same day we receive them.

Suggestions for new features, guide topics, or improvements to the site are always welcome. We read every message and use reader feedback to prioritize updates.

We aim to reply to every message within 48 hours, usually much sooner. If your message involves a data correction, the fix is often live before we reply to the email.

Press, partnership, or legal inquiries are welcome at the same address. Please include "Press" or "Legal" in the subject line so we can prioritize it. We respond to all press inquiries within 72 hours.

Emails sent to us are stored only as long as needed to resolve your question and then deleted. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we will never share your email address with third parties. For full details, see our privacy policy.
