Privacy Policy

Short version: we don't want your personal data. We only collect the minimum information needed to keep the site running and serve ads, and we don't sell anything to anyone.

Server logs

When you visit this site, our web server automatically records your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and the pages you view. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and used only for security monitoring and abuse prevention. They are not shared with any third party.

Self-hosted analytics (Matomo)

We use Matomo, a self-hosted analytics platform, to collect aggregated, non-identifying traffic statistics such as page views, geographic region, and device type. This data remains on our own server and is never transmitted to external services. No personally identifiable information is stored in analytics.

User-submitted content

Level pages include a comment section and a report-a-wrong-answer form. When you submit a comment, we store your chosen display name, your comment text, your IP address (for spam prevention), and the submission timestamp. When you report an incorrect answer, we store the level number, your correction, and optionally your name and email if you provide them. This data is stored on our server and is not shared with third parties. No account or login is required to use these features.

Essential cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember your preferences (such as dark mode or cookie consent status). These cookies do not track you across websites and contain no personal information.

Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, to collect information in order to serve ads. This information may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit on this site, and interactions with ads. Managing cookies

We have no login system, no user accounts, no mailing list, and no newsletter. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Comments are retained indefinitely unless you request removal. Analytics data is aggregated and contains no personal identifiers.

• Request correction or deletion of that data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Withdraw consent for cookie-based tracking at any time

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
